Expand and deepen your pedagogical skills in dealing with heterogeneous target groups, complex life situations and challenging work contexts.

In an increasingly diverse world of work and life, understanding neurodivergent perspectives is steadily gaining importance. People on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, or other neurodivergent conditions possess diverse potential – yet often encounter structural barriers, a lack of sensitivity, or insufficient support. Our training program provides you with practical knowledge and skills for supporting, assisting, and including neurodivergent individuals in various professional settings. The focus is on both the needs and strengths of those affected and the demands placed on professionals, teams, and institutions. The goal is to develop an inclusive understanding of diversity and to learn concrete approaches for neurodiversity-supportive practices.
