For school children aged 6 and up

July 2nd to August 12th, 2026 (Mon-Fri), daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Location: Children's and Youth Farm Bremen, Ohserstraße 40A, 28279 Bremen

Participation fee: 12 euros per day including lunch

Free play and a varied program from different farm areas: animal interaction, walks with donkeys and sheep, arts and crafts, wood carving, cooking over a campfire, wilderness activities, pottery, sports, and much more. Participation is voluntary and easy to join. There are always additional play opportunities and farm supervision, including the option to rent out hobby horses. Lunch is served from 1:00 PM, followed by free play until 3:00 PM. Then there's another two-hour program. The farm is open until 6:00 PM, with feeding time at 4:00 PM.

The children should be dressed appropriately for the weather – sun, rain, and a change of clothes. We will be spending most of our time outdoors. A snack box and a water bottle are also important.

ONLINE registration

Early morning care is available from 8:00 AM with prior registration. Daily lunch for children starts at 1:00 PM. Registration is required by 10:15 AM. Cost: €4.00 (free for Bremen Pass holders and children attending after-school care).

The program is funded by the Senator for Labour, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration, the Senator for Environment, Climate and Science of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen and the Obervieland Advisory Board.
