Psychological services for family court disputes in the Bremen and Lower Saxony area
The Child Welfare Agency offers psychological services for family court disputes. This primarily involves the preparation of psychological assessments. To a limited extent, we also provide legal representation and counseling services.
In addition to using current scientific methods and knowledge, we place particular emphasis on communicating our work effectively. This is because all family court decisions must subsequently be implemented by the parties involved. For this reason, we strive to ensure that our recommendations are not only factually correct but also clearly explained and understandable to all parties.
This also means encouraging those involved to gain insight into their own potential contributions to the dispute and, based on this, pointing out possibilities for change.
In the past, we have achieved a high level of acceptance for our recommendations. The guiding principle is the well-being of the children involved, to which we are not only legally but also personally obligated. A sustainable and viable solution is more important to us than a quick compromise or a merely formally correct recommendation
