Since 1983, bras has offered job seekers employment opportunities to support their (re-)entry into working life.
Our guiding principle has always been to offer our participants the best possible support, tailored to their individual abilities, wishes, and interests. Creativity, exceptional solutions, and complete openness define our work.
We offer our participants non-profit employment opportunities in a wide variety of fields within our extensive bras business units or at associations and institutions within the bras networks.
Professional staff support our participants in developing and realizing their career prospects. Our current 600 participants are predominantly employed in on-the-job training programs. We work exclusively with non-profit organizations.
