Eastern Regional Office
From our regional office in the Neue Vahr community center, we organize a diverse continuing education program for the neighborhoods in Bremen's east. We collaborate with local schools, kindergartens, senior centers, and social and cultural institutions to achieve this.
Cultivate and expand your interests with us: Learn to cook, paint, sew, or felt, or improve your computer skills. You can discuss politics, create jewelry in the goldsmith's workshop, learn to play various musical instruments such as guitar or drums, or engage with literature.
We offer foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish, French or English at different levels, as well as various German and integration courses.
In terms of health, we offer fitness classes, yoga, anti-stress training, back strengthening with Pilates, Taijiquan and other Asian relaxation techniques.
We welcome you – meet people from the neighborhood with similar interests, make new friends and learn with and from each other.
