The child and youth welfare network is a recognized provider of youth welfare services, offering tailored and diverse outpatient, semi-residential and residential care for over twenty years.
With our outpatient services in Bremen, our team of dedicated professionals offers a wide range of support services for children, young people, and families, including social-pedagogical family support, educational assistance, and aftercare, as well as various other services. In our residential services, we offer, among other things, family-like group homes, particularly group homes with alternating live-in support, relationship-oriented group homes, and youth group homes, as well as various forms of supported living and a range of individualized support measures both in Germany and abroad.
