Low-threshold, everyday-life-oriented climate protection in the Vahr

The "Vahr Climate Shop" is aimed at residents of the Vahr district. The project, which is planned for a total of three years (until 2025), is located in a retail space in the Berliner Freiheit shopping center.

The project involves the Vahr Civic Center, the Bremen branch of the German Nature Conservation Association (NABU), the social diaconal service of the Evangelical Church in the Neue Vahr, the Vahr Neighborhood Management (AfSD), GEWOBA, the Vahr local office managers, the Vahr advisory board spokesperson, the Neue Vahr North Family and Neighborhood Center and JUS Youth Welfare and Social Work gGmbH.

The project is managed by JUS Jugendhilfe und Soziale Arbeit gGmbH. Deniz Sürücü is the coordinator for everyday climate protection in the Vahr district.

Available by phone: Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 12:00

The project is largely supported and promoted by the Senator for Climate Protection, Environment, Mobility, Urban Development and Housing of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen (SKUMS), but GEWOBA, WIN and Globalmittel also contribute to the funding.
