Discovering, developing and shaping together – the Digital Impact Lab as an interface in digital, social and cultural development.

The Digital Impact Lab is a learning and development hub for digital, social, and cultural innovation in Bremen. Acting as an interface between experts and interested individuals, it creates a space for exchange, reflection, and collaborative design within the context of the digitalization of our world. The Digital Impact Lab aims to impart relevant future skills to young people, teachers, employers, companies, and all interested parties. We utilize digitally supported, participatory formats and combine tools of digital culture with practical activities, workshops, and courses.

Schools

As part of the Startchancen program, we support schools in setting up and operating a school-integrated Digital Impact Lab. This creative, digital learning space offers non-formal educational opportunities that strengthen basic skills while simultaneously fostering the personal development of students. Our team supervises the school lab – during breaks, for extracurricular activities, and during regular classes. This creates continuous, sustainable learning and development opportunities for the entire school community. Setting up and operating the lab can be implemented flexibly and easily through the three pillars of Startchancen funding.

Adult

Our training courses are designed for anyone who wants to specifically expand their digital skills – whether for professional development, career change, to combat discrimination, or to develop personal strengths. We offer a wide range of formats, from compact short workshops to multi-stage advanced training courses, covering various topics. Teachers, educational staff, and social workers also benefit from the Digital Impact Lab's offerings. In specialized train-the-trainer programs, they expand their digital skills, learn about new tools and methods, and receive inspiration for curriculum development.

Children & Young People

The Digital Impact Lab offers a wide range of programs on digital and STEM topics for children and young people. We connect the everyday lives of our participants with participatory learning formats and digital methods. We are also happy to offer customized programs tailored to your specific needs and topics.
