In Grohn, there is now a Health Point – a place where you can get free and easy help and advice on health-related topics. Consultations in Grohn are offered in German, English, and Russian, and translation services are available in Arabic, Kurdish, and Turkish. A translation device can be used for consultations in other languages.

What do the health points offer?

Individual health advice, e.g.:

• Healthy lifestyle
• Help with finding doctors or doctor's appointments
• Offers in the area
• Help with understanding medical letters
• Assistance with filling out forms (e.g., health insurance, care)
• Information about diseases

Group offers, e.g.:

• Lectures on specific health topics

Objectives of the Health POINTS:

• Easy access to healthcare services
• Better understanding of one's own health
• Support in understanding the German healthcare system
• Improved cooperation with other service providers in the district

Open consultation hours and availability

Mondays 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM,
Tuesdays 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
We are also available by email and phone during the week.
