• Are you from Bremen and over 25 years old?
• are a single mother or father, or
• if you are a mother or father in the family phase.

Entry into the job market or into training within 9 months

Step 1

• Personalized consultation near you
• Professional and personal development
• Support in finding childcare places

Step 2

If you receive ALG II:

• Group coaching two mornings per week and individually arranged one-on-one appointments for career guidance
• Job application training
• Support in finding a retraining place or a job
• Establishing contact with potential employers
• Exercise and health program
• Internships of up to 6 weeks (also part-time)

Step 3

• Support after starting work
• Aftercare and further support upon request
