Our guiding principles are as colorful as life itself.

It was written several years ago by many different people from the Martinsclub. These statements are still valid today:

• They remind us how we want to do our work.
• They explain to us how we want to interact with people.
• They encourage us to think freely and to explore new paths.

This guiding principle supports our work. We help people lead independent lives. Because everyone has the right to make their own decisions. It doesn't matter:

• Which country you come from,
• which gender one is
• which religion one belongs to
• or whether one has a disability.

We are deeply committed to supporting people in all walks of life. Our employees are dedicated to this every day.

We support people in all walks of life with the right services. We listen carefully and adapt to their needs.

Be allowed to be a child!

Students with disabilities should be able to participate in lessons. At many schools in Bremen, our support staff facilitate inclusive learning. We also support children, young people, and families in their daily lives. In addition, we offer them a diverse leisure program. Most of our activities are open to everyone. This fosters encounters, conversations, and new friendships.

I'm taking charge of my own life!
We empower our clients to take control of their lives as adults. We provide support with housing, leisure activities, and daily life. Continuing education is also a top priority at Martinsclub. We offer one of the most comprehensive courses for people with disabilities in all of Germany – including courses in reading, writing, arithmetic, computer skills, and much more.

Now life really begins!

Use it or lose it! We also offer a wide range of activities for older people to help them stay active. In addition to health-oriented exercise, social gatherings, and excursions, the Martinsclub even offers trips. Age-appropriate housing options and an in-house care service help with the common challenges of aging.

Inclusion drives us!

We are the experts for inclusion in Bremen. In addition to our everyday services, we carry out many projects in the city. This fosters encounters and exchange. Because only when people get to know each other is living together possible. We are happy to share our knowledge. For this purpose, we offer not only training courses but also suitable spaces.
