Therapy and creative center for children and young people

The ORANGE HOUSE therapy and creative center opened in 2017. ORANGE HOUSE Bremen is a place where all users of its services can feel safe and supported in a life-affirming attitude.

focus

The ORANGE HOUSE offers a safe space for children and young people, providing creative and therapeutic individual and group activities. Through holistic experiences of self-efficacy, they are supported in developing their skills and their resilience (psychological resilience) is fostered. This includes, among other things, play, art, and creative therapy for children and young people, as well as social skills training and animal-assisted and experiential learning activities, such as equine therapy.

Holiday programs are another offering of the ORANGE HOUSE.

Target audience

The creative and therapeutic services of ORANGE HOUSE are aimed at children and young people in the various areas of Petri & Eichen, Diakonische Kinder- und Jugendhilfe Bremen gGmbH, such as residential and day groups and family support, but also at families, kindergartens and schools as well as other cooperation partners from the surrounding districts.

The house also offers opportunities for employees to pursue further training.
