Accompany them. Until the very end.
The children's hospice service supports families with a seriously ill or disabled child, or where a parent is receiving palliative care, in their home environment. We provide respite for parents in their everyday lives and create free time for themselves. We care for your children when you are ill. We accompany sick children and/or their siblings and spend time with them. We help with homework and do activities together.
We are available for consultations for the entire family. Our support from trained volunteers can be accessed from the moment a diagnosis is made. We are committed to supporting seriously ill children and their families in Bremen and the surrounding area. We also provide support for children during our holiday program.
Our support and guidance are always free of charge.
Feel free to contact us. We're here to help.
Is there a child in your family who is seriously ill or has a severe disability?
We understand that your daily life is under considerable strain due to your child's illness, and we want to support you wherever you need help. We are here for you!
Our volunteers undergo an intensive preparatory course to prepare them for their work with a family with a critically ill child.
The employees

- go for a walk with your children, read to them, play, listen
- They look after siblings, take them on outings, or help with homework
- They become conversation partners for the whole family, are there and share the burden
- accompany the children during our holiday program
Our support is free of charge and completely straightforward. Simply give us a call and we'll arrange a meeting.
