Organization for queer life and all those who actively advocate for LGBTIQ* people

Queer Cities e. V., as the name suggests, is a rainbow organization. However, many of our services and projects are not exclusively aimed at queer people, but are open to everyone – because, as with Christopher Street Day (CSD) events, many heterosexual people (so-called “straight allies”) are also actively committed to the rights of LGBTIQ* people.

Our goal is to create a space through our commitment and work where everyone truly feels welcome and comfortable. Our association should be a place for everyone, perhaps a little piece of a "perfect world" where there is no discrimination and diversity is embraced.

We embrace diversity

Queer Cities eV is a vibrant example of how diversity and inclusion can be lived. With members from three continents, representing different gender identities, sexualities, age groups, and abilities, we create a space where everyone is welcome.

Since 2022, we have been committed to supporting queer communities, people with disabilities and refugees – through projects such as “Team Behinderte”, international city partnerships and our inclusive online shop “PrideMerch.de by Team Behinderte”.
