Here's what you can expect:
- Circus world: We try out very simple acrobatic figures; no special strength or flexibility is required.
- Fantasy journey: Embedded in a story, you as parents become safe havens, strong trees or mysterious caves for your little acrobats.
- Bonding through movement: Movement challenges playfully strengthen body awareness, self-confidence and the relationship between young and old.
- Balance: Active phases are followed by quiet moments for conscious feeling and relaxation.
An adult caregiver (parent/grandparent, etc.) is required to enable intensive and safe movement experiences. Please select "2 people" when registering (1 child, 1 caregiver).
