If you have experienced sexual abuse yourself, or your siblings or a friend have, then it's good to get information here. You can call us and, if you want, come here for counseling.

Advice
You can call us and speak to one of us on the phone. If you like, we can arrange an appointment for a personal consultation. The person you've confided in can also call us for you. You can come alone or with someone you trust, such as your friend or your mother.
We are bound by confidentiality, meaning we will not share any information with parents or anyone else without discussing it with you first. You don't have to give your name if you don't want to.

Advice | Information
Many girls who have experienced sexual abuse come to Schattenriss for counseling. Some girls are still in the situation where they are being abused, or they are afraid that the perpetrator could do the same to them again.
Others have experienced abuse in their past and are tormented by the memories, or they feel unable to cope with their lives anymore. Some are considering whether to report the perpetrator or need help preparing for the court hearing.
