The Central Housing Advisory Center (ZFW), a joint advisory center of various organizations and the Bremen Office for Social Services, provides free advice and information to all Bremen citizens
- if you are homeless
- are acutely threatened with homelessness (rent arrears, eviction, etc.)
- living in insecure and poor housing conditions.
