You will receive helpful information and important advice – in case of problems with a supplier or a company that has sold you something. For example:
- Problems with telephone, mobile phone and internet contracts and bills
- Complaints or fraudulently obtained contracts
- Financial problems such as garnishments or loans
- Problems with travel providers or airlines
