Open meeting for young people who have lost a loved one
For young people between the ages of 12 and approximately 17 who have lost a loved one, Trauerland offers a monthly open bereavement support group. The meetings take place at Außer der Schleifmühle 46, 28203 Bremen, from 4:30 pm to 7 pm. Participation is free of charge. Advance registration is requested.
Here's what you can expect at our bereavement support group:
At the bereavement support group, you'll have the opportunity to meet other grieving young people and share your experiences. We begin and end the group meeting together. In between, there's plenty of space and time to talk, listen, ask questions, and have fun together.
In addition to offerings focused on discovering personal sources of strength or preserving memories of the deceased, there are also always opportunities for group activities such as cooking, foosball, or playing games. Participation is entirely optional.
In addition to our (creative) offerings on these topics, it is important to us that you have enough time to exchange ideas with each other or simply to chill out.
