For young people who have lost a loved one, Trauerland offers a monthly open bereavement support group. The meetings take place at Außer der Schleifmühle 46, 28203, from 4:30 pm to 7 pm. Participation is free of charge. Advance registration is requested.
This is what you can expect at our bereavement support group
At the bereavement support group, you'll have the opportunity to meet other grieving young people and share your experiences. We begin and end the group meeting together. In between, there's plenty of space and time to talk, listen, ask questions, and have fun together. In addition to workshops on discovering your own sources of strength or preserving memories of the deceased, there are also always opportunities for group activities like cooking, foosball, or games. Participation is entirely optional. Alongside our (creative) workshops, it's important to us that you have enough time to connect with each other or simply relax and unwind.
The group is led by Hannah von Rüden and Nele Haberstumpf from Trauerland's educational team. Meetings take place once a month on a Tuesday afternoon from 4:30 pm to 7 pm at Außer der Schleifmühle 46, 28203 Bremen (in the premises of the Löwenherz Academy).
You are free to attend one or all of the meetings. The meetings are free of charge.
