Self-help group for food addicts
Overeaters Anonymous is a self-help group for people with all forms of eating disorders. We are open to women and men of all ages. Membership in OA remains anonymous and there are no membership fees. We support ourselves through our own voluntary donations.
In our weekly meetings, we work together to develop a new attitude towards life using the 12-step program, helping us to let go of compulsive eating habits. We share our experience, strength, and hope. We are not a diet club. You are welcome to join the meetings at any time.
