Holiday workshop for children aged 8-11 years
As part of the exhibition “Let this be the anchor” by the artist Phoebe Collings-James at the KH Künstler:innenhaus Bremen, a workshop for children will take place, using the materials clay and plaster as a starting point for a playful exploration of the exhibition's themes: collapse, decay and security.
Together, the participants experiment with clay and plaster, casting, stacking, and building their own fragile structures. In doing so, they discover how materials can change, break, and reassemble.
The children's workshop invites participants to understand artistic processes as open and dynamic – including breaks, coincidences and unexpected results.
