Alcoholics Anonymous is an informal, worldwide fellowship of men and women from all walks of life who meet regularly to get and stay sober.

The only requirement for membership in this fellowship is the desire to stop drinking. AA has neither membership dues nor fees.

Anonymity in dealings with the public protects the individual and the community from unwanted popularity. Membership in our community remains confidential.
