By women for women in Bremen: The Arab Women's Association is an association for women with roots in various Arabic-speaking countries who live in Bremen.
The association offers support with everyday questions and problems and, if needed, refers members to appropriate counseling centers, authorities, and institutions. It also serves as a liaison between members and public institutions. Its goal is to promote the social participation and integration of Arab women and to strengthen intercultural exchange in Bremen.
Another focus is on reducing prejudice and promoting respectful and tolerant coexistence. Events and programs are aimed at women of diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and religions, creating opportunities for encounters and exchange.

- Language, education and leisure activities, tailored to the needs of the participants
- Support with orientation in authorities and institutions
- Intercultural encounters and events for women from different cultures
- Information and support regarding services, accommodations and other assistance options
- Monday Salon: getting into conversation with each other
- Painting for Peace: a creative activity, also for children
- International Women's Breakfast: a shared breakfast with Arabic tea and delicacies
- International women's party: dancing, singing, laughing, talking and celebrating together
