In the south, west and east of Bremen, we support you with our services to manage your own household.
Your independence is important to us – that's why we offer you practical assistance:
- We can advise you on home care services and how to finance them.
- We arrange and organize neighborhood assistance for housekeeping, accompaniment and care.
- We arrange home care, emergency call systems, or meals on wheels.
- We provide information about housing options for elderly or disabled people.
- We inform relatives of those in need of care about available support services and offer them relieving conversations
