Comeback GmbH is a company within the outpatient drug assistance system in Bremen.

Our core competencies lie in social work with differentiated support services for people at risk of or addicted to drugs in the area of ​​low-threshold medical and social standard care.

At the heart of our work is a client-centered approach that is both cooperative and critical. Based on their personal resources, we offer clients support, assistance, and help to help themselves. This includes consistent points of contact, clear rules, and structures. In all areas of work at comeback gmbh, we encounter clients whose living conditions are frequently affected by negative factors.

A disproportionately high number of people face significant limitations in key areas of daily life. This includes work, education, housing, health, participation in public life, etc.

Poor life prospects due to long-term unemployment, addiction, and dependence on state transfer payments lead to resignation, passivity, and a lack of self-organization.

Activation, integration, participation and help for self-help are used to efficiently address existing social problems and structural deficits in the support system.

Together with the clients, positive approaches to action are developed and organized in the personal, social and in the areas of work, employment and daily structure services, with the aim of improving the quality of life for the clients and enabling them to participate fully and as equally as possible in all areas of society.

We are funded by the city of Bremen through grants. The medical departments also partially bill health insurance companies. We occasionally receive funding from the Federal Employment Agency and the European Social Fund for specific projects.
