Good IT training of high quality

The IT training center specializes in retraining and further education for IT professionals.

Computer scientists and software developers are in high demand. Team neusta, the largest medium-sized IT service provider in Bremen, is constantly looking for new colleagues. The team not only seeks fully qualified professionals but has also invested in training and professional development for many years. Many participants who complete an internship at team neusta as part of their retraining program are able to stay on after their training.

Our courses are AZAV-certified and can be funded through educational vouchers. The professional development courses either conclude with an examination administered by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and/or include preparation for and the examination for at least one industry certification. Everyone who works at the IT training center is enthusiastic about our goal of opening up new career opportunities in IT for people. We are all experts in our fields, committed to the participants, and treat each other with respect. Our interactions with participants are based on partnership.

Our instructors have many years of teaching experience and are colleagues from the neusta team. The latter pass on their practical knowledge directly, ensuring high-quality, practical training. To keep our instructors up-to-date on teaching methods, they participate in train-the-trainer programs with external coaches.

How we work in continuing education:
We teach exclusively in fixed classes with trainers who are present at all times. They ask questions, provide assistance, and offer tips. The classes form various working groups, network, take breaks together, and support each other where needed. This distinguishes us from many other continuing education providers who do not incorporate team building and experience in their e-learning or distance learning programs.

We are always on site during class hours, available at any time and there for you personally.

The IT training center is exceptionally well-connected.
We belong to HEC GmbH, a company within the team neusta network. With HEC and team neusta, you'll complete retraining with the largest network of medium-sized IT companies in Bremen. You'll learn programming with us in a setting that's closely aligned with real-world work environments, always with a strong practical focus.

Why the IT education center?

With us you can learn more, such as:

• How modern software development, e.g. with Scrum, works in practice.
• How to develop software so that it works, is easy to maintain and reusable.
• The role of software testing and how test-driven development is implemented.

We offer you training that teaches you modern software development methods: Agile project management, pair programming, and test-driven development are all part of the curriculum. These methods require teamwork, communication, and motivation. Therefore, the training takes place exclusively in person.

A trainer is always present in the classroom, making the lessons personal, and you can ask your questions and get help at any time.

• The books and training materials used in the lessons remain with the participants.
• We have individual workstations equipped with modern technology
• Certified, experienced trainers provide on-site instruction.
