Neighborhood meeting place for everyone: Encounter with the neighbors and residents from the neighborhood

We are an accessible meeting place in the Bahnhofsvorstadt district. You are very welcome here! Our motto: We live together in a diverse and vibrant community! The community center is part of a building complex at Bornstraße 65 that includes apartments for people with disabilities, the "Anziehungspunkt" social clothing store, and the community center itself.

The residents living here can use the house for leisure activities. It is largely self-managed by them. Furthermore, it offers opportunities to meet with neighbors and other residents from the surrounding area. For example, the rooms can be rented for group activities, meetings, or similar events.

The Inner Mission also links the community center with the desire to redesign outpatient supported living in the association for Inner Mission in the interests of the clients and to break new ground in the Federal Participation Act.

Anyone wishing to use the community center can contact the Inner Mission by phone. The premises are wheelchair accessible. The community center is also open to the local neighborhood and can be used for group activities of up to ten people. The center is suitable for a variety of occasions such as group meetings, discussions, and creative workshops. It is equipped with its own kitchen and a wheelchair-accessible restroom. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible. A projector is available as well.
