Welcome to our company – Germany's first outpatient care service dedicated to the topics of sexuality (in old age) and gender diversity. We break taboos and explore new paths to maintain or improve the quality of life of our clients.

Care and Sexuality

Caregiving and sexuality may seem incompatible at first glance, but with us they merge into a holistic approach. We engage intensively with the often-tacit topic of sexuality in old age, in cases of care dependency, or disability. We aim to break down societal taboos in order to support people in their entirety – both those who rely on healthcare and their caregivers.

Sexuality is present in all aspects of life, from birth to death. This is precisely where we come in. We think across generations and provide care regardless of age.

We offer individual counseling in the areas of couple relationships and sexuality for our clients and their caregivers. Because we know that caregiving is more than just nursing and medical care – it encompasses the entire spectrum of human needs, including mental health.

Diverse learning: Seminars for the healthcare sector

We go beyond the everyday routine of caregiving and offer needs-based and target-group-specific workshops, seminars, and training courses. Our focus is not exclusively on care facilities and outpatient care services. Physicians and other healthcare professionals can also take advantage of our diverse offerings.

In addition to traditional care facilities, nursing services, and hospitals, our target group includes hospices, vocational schools, colleges, universities, and practicing physicians. Our seminars focus primarily on sexuality (in caregiving) and gender diversity, and are designed to address knowledge gaps and promote understanding and sensitivity to diverse life experiences.

Since 2021, we, Hannah and Judith Burgmeier, have been residents of Bremen by choice, and we are now enthusiastically launching Germany's first outpatient care service in Bremen with a focus on sexuality and gender diversity. As a dynamic duo, not only professionally but also personally as life partners, we share a passionate dedication to care and are actively involved in Bremen's diverse queer community.
