Advice on pregnancy, birth and early childhood (0-3 years)

Becoming and being a parent is wonderful! But life with a baby or toddler is also often exhausting and fraught with uncertainty and worry. The Early Intervention Center West is there for you in this situation – to help ensure a good start in life.

The early intervention center West is open to all families from the beginning of pregnancy and during the first three years of the children's lives.

We are your contact persons for all topics related to pregnancy, birth, and early childhood (0-3 years). We advise and support parents in better understanding their children and finding good solutions for their family. If needed, we refer families to other services within our network, for example, for medical diagnostics or specialized support. We also offer open parent-child meetings and courses.

We are available to professionals as a specialist advisory service and for seminars on the topic of children aged 0-3 years.

Our team consists of a pediatric nurse, a midwife, a social worker and a psychologist.

The Early Intervention Center West is a collaborative project between Caritas Educational Assistance and the Bremen Public Health Department. We also receive funding from the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and the Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration.
