EDERA Care Courses

EDERA Care Courses, in cooperation with health insurance funds, offers care courses in Bremen. These courses are aimed at people requiring care, family caregivers, and interested volunteers. Participation is free and a certificate of attendance is provided. To ensure accessibility for the target groups, the courses are held regularly in various districts of Bremen.

Here we cover important topics such as:

• the correct storage of people in need of care
• Information about nutrition and basic care
• Information and support for care-related psychological and physical burdens
• Overview of care services/care aids
