• Closing times: 10 days during Bremen school holidays, between Christmas and New Year's, autumn festival, company outing, team day and bridge days

Courses, self-help groups and room rental

• We offer various courses in our premises in Findorff, including yoga, belly dancing and meditation.
• fif offers spaces and opportunities for self-help. The groups promote social contact and provide guidance and renewed support.
• Abandoned Parents:  This group is for mothers and fathers whose children no longer want anything to do with them. The reasons for this remain unclear. This estrangement causes pain and incomprehension, and triggers feelings of powerlessness and helplessness. Sharing experiences with others who have gone through a similar situation can help you find a way out of loneliness and despair. In a self-help group, you will find support and understanding from people who share this experience.
