The Bremen Workshop Community (BWG), founded in 1976 as a non-profit association and operating as a non-profit limited liability company (gGmbH) since 2012, provides advice, support, and assistance to people with mental illnesses. BWG GmbH is committed to enabling affected residents of Bremen to lead lives that are as self-determined as possible.
To this end, the Bremen workshop community developed a flexible network of individual support for people with very different needs in all areas of life.
As a learning organization, we adapt our services to changing social processes and the needs of mentally ill people.
Building relationships and providing a supportive and protective environment are the pillars of our professional work.
Through the merger with Gesellschaft für ambulante psychiatrische Dienste GmbH (GAPSY), we can ensure the provision of sociotherapy services in the state of Bremen.
