Since January 2018, in cooperation with "Bremer hilft der Straße" (Bremen Helps the Street), we have been helping homeless and needy people in Bremen with food, hot drinks, clothing and hygiene products.
Care support centers bring together a wide range of information and assistance options. They help people in need of care and their relatives to find their way around, to find the right form of support, and to submit the necessary applications.
