KUBO offers art courses, workshops, projects, holiday programs, school collaborations, and art in the studio for children's groups/kindergartens. Art makes you fit, is fun, and makes you smart: children and young people can find their own way of working with art in our courses, according to their current needs and at their own pace.
Personal development is the main focus and is professionally guided. The workshops are led by artists who themselves work in the art world.
Our 'Galerie Mitte' at KUBO showcases current positions in contemporary art and offers a platform for reflection on art. Our ideal is to bring together artists' studios and exhibition activities under one roof.
KUBO was founded in 1981, is a non-profit organization, and is supported by the Senator for Culture of the State of Bremen. Art courses have been offered regularly at KUBO since 1985.
