Little One – A Family Health Space
Kleinmenschlein is a holistic Family Health Space for families with babies and children, focusing on health promotion, prevention and mindful development.
A particular highlight is the salt playground for children, as well as the baby spa with baby floating and baby massage. These offerings support respiratory health, the immune system, and relaxation, among other things. Some health insurance companies may (partially) cover the costs of selected services.
Families are accompanied by a social worker (BA), baby sleep and weaning consultant, and course instructor for baby massage and parent-child courses.
Courses & Offers:
- Postnatal recovery (covered by health insurance)
- Baby massage (covered by health insurance)
- Mama Fitness (health insurance subsidized)
- Parent-child courses (funded by health insurance companies)
- Workshops and parents' evenings on baby sleep, complementary feeding and mother relaxation.
- Children's yoga
In addition, relaxation sessions for adults take place in the salt room.
Cooperations exist with health insurance companies, the Bremen free card and Wellpass.
Salt room sessions are only available by appointment.
