Baby massage

I will be offering baby massage courses according to Frederick Leboyer in Bremen-Grolland/border Stuhr starting on March 5, 2024.

The course is suitable for babies from 8 weeks old; they should not be older than 6 months or crawling yet.

Tuesday, 10:00 – 11:00 am

Location: Kleinmenschlein spa House, Norderländer Straße 8, 28259 Bremen

Duration: 4 x 60 min.

Led by: Juliette Lakic, BA Social Pedagogue, Sleep and Weaning Consultant, Course Instructor for Baby Massage & Baby Time

Cost: 75 euros

The course is suitable

• for everyone who wants to relax with their baby
• for women whose birth or postpartum period did not go as hoped
• if the baby has discomfort that you hope will be relieved by baby massage (colic, poor sleep)

Through the gentle touch of baby massage, the infant experiences warmth, affection, and relaxation. Gentle baby massage focuses on well-being and a sense of arrival, while simultaneously having positive effects on circulation, muscles, digestion, and skin blood flow. Baby massage promotes restful sleep and can reduce crying spells.

Some health insurance companies reimburse the costs of the course.
