We are available 24 hours a day. Calling us is free.
The Mirjam helpline is aimed at pregnant women, whether pregnant by choice or by choice, and at mothers (and fathers) who are overwhelmed.

The volunteers on the phone will listen to you and connect you with appropriate services. You don't have to provide any personal information, and no one needs to know you've contacted us.
