Consultation – Therapy – Aftercare
Ambulante Suchthilfe Bremen has been active as an outpatient addiction support provider in drug counselling for at-risk or substance-dependent young people and adults aged 18 and over and their relatives since 2005, and in outpatient addiction rehabilitation since 2010.
Our services are aimed at people who are at risk of or suffering from addiction, as well as their caregivers, professionals, and other interested individuals. We offer individualized support and referrals tailored to specific needs and resources, as well as outpatient treatment.
The basis for this is early and uncomplicated accessibility. Our remit includes both abstinence- and cessation-oriented services as well as measures to support substance use.
STEPS-ADHB outpatient rehabilitation is aimed at women and men with substance-related addictions (alcohol, medication, or drugs) and/or gambling addictions. The intensive therapy enables them to remain in their familiar living environment.
Aftercare is generally considered following inpatient and full-day outpatient medical rehabilitation. The Bremen outpatient addiction support service offers addiction aftercare and psychosomatic aftercare (IRENA - Intensive Rehabilitation Aftercare).
