We offer basic pediatric and adolescent medical care, which includes vaccinations and the legally recommended preventive examinations (details can be found in your child's "Yellow Booklet").
Medical treatment focus areas:
- Investigations under the Youth Employment Protection Act
- Ultrasound examinations of: hips, abdominal organs, kidneys, urinary tract, bladder (see pediatric nephrology), thyroid gland and brain of the infant
- Language test, hearing test, vision test, color vision and spatial vision tests
- ECG, blood pressure measurement
- Lung function test with animation
- own small laboratory
- larger laboratory tests (between 8:00 and 9:00 am)
- physical and neurological examination
- Developmental diagnostics
- EEG (see pediatric neurology)
- (Travel) vaccinations (also for parents: diphtheria and tetanus vaccinations should be boosted every 10 years)
- Allergy testing and treatment
- Nutritional advice, referral if necessary
- Parenting advice (referral)
- psychological counseling (referral)
- For other specific problems, a recommendation can be made in the relevant competence network
You will receive the "Welcome to the Family" folder at your 3rd preventive medical check-up!
