The Refugees, Integration & Families department is the competent contact point for refugees in social matters for the entire city of Bremen.

- Reduced-price local transport ticket / Bremen city ticket
- State care allowance for blind and severely disabled people
Office hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. + 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

We require the following documents:
- Proof of your benefit receipt (current benefit statement for unemployment benefit II or valid Bremen Pass from the job center)
- Identity card, passport or valid residence permit
- a passport photo
- Pupils aged 15 and over also require a school certificate
- Trainees also need a certificate from their training company
