The goal of Integrationsfachdienst Bremen GmbH (ifd bremen), a non-profit service provider, is to integrate people with disabilities, and especially those with severe disabilities, into the general labor market or to secure existing employment relationships. To provide comprehensive support to people with disabilities and employers, the company has developed specific services and operates the Integrationsfachdienst (Integration Service). This service has been active in Bremen for more than a decade.
Job placement and career guidance:
At ifd bremen, experienced professionals provide advice and support to job seekers, employees, and students. Those seeking advice receive individualized support tailored to their specific disability or health condition. This includes assistance with finding an apprenticeship or job, support in the workplace, and career guidance at the end of school. Employers have access to a competent contact person in ifd bremen, who provides advice and support to companies on all matters relating to disability and illness. ifd bremen facilitates the recruitment process and supports companies with disabled employees when day-to-day operations are not running smoothly.
