The German Red Cross Youth Center Neustadt (also known as "Freizi") offers a place for leisure activities in Bremen's Neustadt district. The classic basics of a youth center, such as foosball, billiards, darts, and table tennis, are complemented by an attractive outdoor area with a soccer field and garden. The large gymnasium, as well as the dance and movement room, provide a well-rounded range of leisure and physical activities. The Freizi Neustadt youth center places great importance on gender equality. Currently, Thursday is Girls' Day. On this day, the Freizi is open exclusively for girls, providing them with a safe space to address their gender-specific concerns and a space to explore their own abilities, strengths, and skills.
