The Südbad offers everything a swimmer, fitness enthusiast, or wellness lover could wish for: a comprehensive range of courses, various swimming pools with different options for young and old, a rooftop terrace for relaxation, and a large sauna area leave nothing to be desired. In short: a pool for every need!
The indoor swimming pool
- 25m pool with diving facilities (1m and 3m diving tower), when 3 ropes are pulled in the pool, diving is not possible.

The sauna
The Südbad in the Neustadt district offers pure relaxation on two floors. The four saunas provide the perfect option for every sauna guest, whether they prefer intense heat or more moderate warmth, allowing them to completely escape from everyday life.
On the spacious roof terrace, you'll find the perfect way to cool off between sauna sessions, or to relax completely while browsing the available magazines. In winter, when Bremen's weather is cold and unpleasant, you can find absolute relaxation in the fireplace room with its crackling fire and cozy warmth.
