All employees of the three operating companies within the TERTIA Group share a common goal: We want to help our customers advance in their professional careers. We achieve this goal in very different ways.

We get people into jobs. We provide further training. We coach and support people on their path to employment or during their employment, and we help people (re)engage with the topic of work. We have been doing all of this since 1973. The employment agencies and job centers provide us with a framework for our services, which we then develop and implement.

Bremen location

TERTIA has been present in Bremen since 2009. We carry out activation and placement projects for various target groups on behalf of the Employment Agency and the Job Center.
