Our offer for you: You want to get back on track professionally – we'll support you! Our offer is aimed at women with a migration or refugee background who care for children and currently have no reliable childcare.

Our program supports you in developing new career prospects and realizing your individual strengths. We take your personal circumstances seriously and help you find your way into employment, training, or further education, step by step. Your needs and abilities are our focus – we offer flexible, empathetic, and individualized support.

What can you expect from us?

• A flexible support service that fits your life perfectly:
• Individual coaching – also available on-site or digitally
• Career guidance and development of realistic perspectives
• Strengthening your skills through skills assessment and training
• Everyday assistance such as support with childcare, contact with authorities or health issues
• Application training and basic digital skills. Practical insights into the job market through
  on-the-job training.
• Voluntary psychological support

You will be accompanied by a dedicated coach who speaks your language or works with interpreters – in a trusting and equal manner.

Time frame

Your participation is possible on a part-time basis and tailored to your life situation. The program typically lasts 9 to 12 months. You will participate for approximately 60 hours per month – at least two days per week. This time includes individual coaching sessions, workshops, and meetings with companies or institutions. Early withdrawal is possible at any time – for example, upon starting a job, apprenticeship, or training program.

Registration

Participation will be arranged with the Bremen South Job Center. Your personal contact person at the Job Center will inform you of the initial start date. The Job Center will cover the costs for you.
