Systemic coaching

As a process facilitator and catalyst, I am passionate about making people's (existing) resources and strengths visible and developing them further.

In my coaching practice, my focus includes "healthy self-leadership"—a topic that plays a crucial role in various aspects of life. Professionals and managers, in particular, are challenged to develop a personal framework that allows them to effectively manage stress, uncertainty, and pressure, and to lead themselves in a healthy way. Against this backdrop, coaching, as a process-oriented consultation, provides a space for reflection and the development of strategies for attitudes and action.

The goals of the process are highly individual; nevertheless, the self-efficacious and resilient design of daily work life is a common thread. In this way, health and performance can benefit sustainably, which in turn has a positive effect on the work environment.

The format of the coaching can vary from solution-oriented short-term coaching to process-oriented coaching that extends over a longer period of time.
