The Bremen public baths aim to fully embrace the concepts of athletic well-being and physical health in their Vitalbad (Vital Bath). What makes this facility special is the diversity and comprehensive range of offerings throughout the entire building. On the lower level, visitors will find the Vitalbad itself, with its extensive selection of aqua fitness, swimming lessons, and brine therapy classes.

Children and young people under 18 years of age and without an accompanying adult will only be granted entry to the swimming pool if they can present a valid swimming certificate (at least a bronze badge).
