Werkstatt Antidiskriminierung is a non-profit organization based in Bremen. The team addresses the topics of gender and diversity, migration, and anti-racism. Through its educational work, it aims to encourage reflection on social inequalities and contribute to the reduction of discrimination.

The organization adopts an intersectional perspective and stands for an anti-discrimination and diversity-sensitive approach. Part of its work involves a reflective and critical examination of its own social position.

Together with other stakeholders, the association conducts projects and offers workshops, training courses, lectures, and discussion events. These offerings are aimed at various target groups in schools and universities, institutions and associations, as well as multipliers in political education. Furthermore, the Anti-Discrimination Workshop seeks to engage interested individuals from research and academia.
