Our experienced advisors can help you with social, financial, and personal problems. We listen to you, offer guidance, and support you in finding the right solution for you.
We understand that life isn't always easy. Problems can pile up and seem insurmountable. We offer you a safe space to talk openly about your worries. We work confidentially, free of charge, and as equals.
Examples of our social counselling services include:
- Support with applying for social benefits such as unemployment benefits, citizen's allowance or housing allowance
- Advice on family issues, school registration or finding a daycare place
- Information about the healthcare system
- Support in dealing with financial problems or debts
- Migration or integration, such as finding a language course or registering for an integration course, etc.
This offer is made possible by the Bremen Protestant Church.
Open consultation hours
The consultation service takes place weekly during an open consultation hour (without an appointment).
Every Thursday between 10:00 and 12:00, a consultant is available at the social clothing store of the Inner Mission:
Location: Attraction point, Bornstraße 65, in the rear building (courtyard entrance next to the community center)
