Babies in motion

Let's get moving with the babies, have fun together and relax too!

In this course, we invite babies to gentle movements and new physical experiences. The child and their individual needs are always the focus.

The movements promote both the baby's physical and mental development. Furthermore, a focus is placed on observing the child's reactions and communicating with the child.

This strengthens the bond. All senses are stimulated, and the body's systems are harmonized. Regular practice improves a baby's digestion and sleep patterns.

The optimal age is approximately between 3 and 6 months (the baby should already be able to hold its head up fairly steadily).

We offer baby massage in cooperation with the Midwifery Center West, where the meetings also take place (Lindenhofstraße 43a).
